OSHKOSH CAMPUS STUDENTS: Online orders placed after Thursday, January 26, 2023 will be for SHIPPING ONLY. Online orders will not have a pick up on campus option and shipping fees will be applied. Because we don't ship items over the weekend, the quickest option after January 26 is to come in the store with your course schedule and student ID to purchase your books.

FDL AND FOX CAMPUS STUDENTS: Online orders will have the option to Ship from Store or Pick Up on Campus. Pick Up on Campus will be available between the dates of 1/30 through 2/10 at the Fox Cities or Fond du Lac campus libraries. You will select your pick up location at checkout. Pick Up on Campus orders placed on 1/30 or later, allow a minimum of 48 business hours between placing your pick up order and drop off at your campus. Orders placed over the weekend will not begin processing until the following Monday.
Please wait until you receive the email from us that your order has been dropped off at your campus before stopping at the library to pick up your order. Click for more info.

Apparel & Gift orders placed after January 26 will be shipping only.

Textbook Ordering Directions

Make sure that you have entered the STUDENT ID NUMBER belonging to the STUDENT USING THESE BOOKS in the 7-Digit Student ID Number section during checkout.

  1. Make sure you have access to your class schedule from Titan Web
  2. Click on TEXTBOOKS (top left menu)
    • Select Textbook Lookup
    • Read Textbook and Rental Disclaimer and click Accept at end to agree and continue 
    • Choose the campus and academic term combo (only one semester per order, J-Term and May-Term are separate orders from regular spring/fall) (If there isn't a campus listed on your course schedule it is OSH)
    • Select the department from your class schedule as it appears on TitanWeb schedule
    • Select the 3-digit course number from your class schedule
    • Select the 3-digit and 1 letter section number 
    • A list of your required and recommended materials will show up
  3. Click on the COURSE MATERIALS you want to order
    • Hover over New and Used price for more information on the item
    • Click on selection(s), selected items will get a checkmark on their left for items you would like to purchase, click again to unselect
  4. Click on ADD/UPDATE ITEMS IN CART
  5. To repeat process for remaining classes click CONTINUE SHOPPING and Click on the "X" on to the right of the Courses heading until you have added all your course materials to the shopping cart 
  6. After all selections have been made Click CHECKOUT
    • Enter your email address
    • Enter your shipping address (you must do this even if you are choosing to Pick Up on Campus, if available, and not having them shipped)
    • Confirm your billing address
    • Select whether you would prefer to have your order:
      • Standard Shipping (Shipped from Store - Wisconsin orders typically arrive 1-2 business days after leaving our store)
      • Pick Up - Oshkosh, Fond du Lac or Fox Cities Campus (All online Oshkosh campus orders will be shipped and charged for shipping the weekend before and during the first week of Fall and Spring courses, Oshkosh Pick Up on Campus option is not available for new orders placed during this time)
      • Oshkosh Pick Up on Campus orders are typically ready in a couple business days. 
      • Fond du Lac and Fox Cities Pick Up on Campus orders will be available to pick up starting 9/6 through 9/16 at the respective campus libraries
      • *You only need to CLICK TO CALCULATE SHIPPING if you change your shipping address*
    • Select your payment method:
      • Charge to your Student Account - Textbooks and Required Supplies ONLY
      • Pay with Credit/Debit Card (Will appear as Nelnet credit card processor)
      • To pay with Titan Dollars or a Gift Card: 
        1. In the Comments section at the end of the order type either the words: Titan Dollars or Gift Card
        2. Type the exact dollar amount you want charged to your Titan Dollars or Gift Card to the penny
        3. If using a Gift Card you must also type the entire 16 digit number
        4. Remaining balances will be charged to the student account
  7. Enter 7-digit Student ID number
    • Enter the STUDENT ID NUMBER belonging to the STUDENT USING THE BOOKS in this section (Rentals can NOT be processed without correct Student ID number. You can NOT charge other students' materials to your student account)
    • Do not include the W
    • Substitution Preferences: In the drop down let us know if you will/will not allow substitutions as necessary
    • Order Comments section: Use this box to enter any Titan Dollar / Gift Card payment information. This is also where you communicate if you are a VOC REHAB or VA account
  8. Click REVIEW ORDER
    • If payment method is Credit/Debit Card, you will be taken to a separate website for secure credit card information gathering and then be returned to the bookstore's site
    • Credit card charges immediatly. All other payments go through when we process your order later in the store. 
  9. Click SUBMIT ORDER
    • You will receive an email confirming we received the order (the order number will also be in this email and is needed for pick up)
    • Your second email may be from the credit card processor. This is not confirmation of the actual payment or that your order is ready. 
    • You will receive a second or third email when your order is Complete. This email confirms the order is ready for Pick Up, if selected, or is being shipped. PLEASE NOTE: Orders for Fond du Lac and Fox Cities campus pick up will only be available between the dates of 9/6 through 9/16 at the campus libraries.

Order status can be checked by logging into the bookstore website.

Bring Order Number and Photo ID for Pick up on Campus orders.
